Winston Heights Developments is a privately owned company, founded more than 10 years ago, with a main aim: to design and build exceptional residential properties in prime locations, to the highest standards of specification and finish.

In addition to our prime focus on new build, Winston Heights has created some fine homes refurbishing tired properties leaving the same hallmarks as a new build.

Winston Heights Developments has seen an large growth in the land development division. The team have been involved in a wide range of projects from single units to multi-house schemes. With every project, we make it our commitment to ensure that the potential is maximized.

Winston Heights works along with reputable consultants, architects, designers and craftsman who are responsible for all our houses, each one an original, with distinguishing features that give every building a unique character, but still retaining the unmistakable Winston Heights style.
